Ingredients

  • 0.75oz Viamundi Sotol
  • 0.75oz Aperol
  • 0.75oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Garnish: Grapefruit twist
  • Glass: Coupe

Ingredients:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.  Shake and strain into a chilled Coupe glass.  Garnish with a grapefruit twist and 4 drops of Angostura bitters
